A pale salmon-pink, dry South African rosé from the Swartland region, typically made from Cinsault, Shiraz, and Grenache Noir grown in old, dry-farmed bush vines. It is known for its fresh aromas of red berries (strawberries, raspberries), rose water, and spice, with a textured, mineral-driven palate.
