A rich and robust stout, but the time in oak has amplified it's complexity - drawing out layers of dark chocolate, coffee and smooth caramel. Pour it into a glass and you will find a creamy, cascading head that's Irish coffee-esque with a smoky edge. Best enjoyed fireside, slippers on, and with a hearty stew simmering.
